Amazon Reviews Extractor & AI Summary · Effective date: April 4, 2026 · Last updated: April 4, 2026
1. Overview
Amazon Reviews Extractor & AI Summary (“the Extension”) is a Chrome browser extension that extracts Amazon product reviews and exports them to CSV or JSON. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.
2. Data We Collect
2a. Account data (signed-in users only)
When you sign in with Google via the Amazon Reviews Extractor & AI Summary website, we store:
- Email address — used to identify your account and display it in the extension popup.
- Authentication tokens (access token, refresh token, expiry) — stored locally on your device to keep you signed in between sessions.
2b. Usage data (signed-in users only)
We record the number of reviews extracted per day to enforce plan-based quotas. This count is stored on our backend (Supabase) and is associated with your account.
2c. Saved extractions (Pro and Ultra plans)
If you use the Save feature, the extracted review data is stored on our backend and associated with your account. You can delete any saved extraction at any time from within the extension popup.
2d. Guest usage (no account)
Guest users are limited to 2 lifetime extractions. A counter is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is sent to our servers.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your browsing history.
- We do not read any Amazon page content other than the review data you explicitly trigger an extraction on.
- We do not track which products you view.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
4. How Data Is Used

- Backend data is stored in Supabase (supabase.com), which provides encrypted storage at rest and in transit.
